Easy 10 Minute Alfredo Pasta

I looooovveee pasta and this alfredo pasta is so easy and so so simple. The best part is that it only uses 2 pots, one to cook the pasta and another for the sauce.

To start off add salt to boiling water and add your choice of pasta, I chose fettuccini.

While that's boiling, in another pot add butter and garlic and let the garlic cook for about 30 seconds then add flour and cook that out for another 30 seconds. Next add your thickened cream and milk and whisk together. Lastly add your parmesan cheese and stir until combined.

Add salt and pepper plus any extra

If the sauce needs to thicken add a little more flour and whisk together or if your sauce is too thick, just add a little milk.

Add your sauce to your cooked and drained pasta and mix together. To serve, top with some chopped chives.

There are so many different things you can add to your pasta. My husband cooked up some fresh chilli prawns and buttery mushrooms for him and his brother and that paired beautifully with the pasta.

This is the first time I've tried this pasta and its definitely now a go-to because of how simple and easy it is, you most likely have everything already in the cupboard.

For some extra flavour that would really add some yumminess, if you have a french onion soup mix whisk that in and you will thank me!
